Balance, falls and memory became my parents' highest areas of concern as they aged. To help them stay safe and healthy and maintain their active and independent lifestyle, I created this simple and effective program that focused on improving their balance and memory, increasing their energy and strength, and helping to lower their blood pressure and relieve stress.
The program helped my parents so much that I expanded it to the community. I have been teaching the BALANCE and MEMORY program in-person at private homes, city recreation programs and assisted living communities for years, and have helped people improve their balance and prevent falls, gain confidence and independence, increase mental and physical fitness, and cultivate inner peace. The program has been beneficial for reducing a chance of falls and injuries, and for sparking a renewed confidence and vigor for life.
